You want a wall light that brings a natural material into your bedroom, hallway or living room. This wall sconce is a cylinder of beige travertine on a solid wood plate, and its built in LED shines both up and down, washing your wall above and below with a soft, warm white light.
The cylinder stands 9.1 inches (23 cm) tall and 2.6 inches (6.5 cm) across, on a wood plate 4.7 inches (12 cm) tall, so it suits a narrow hallway wall, the space beside your bed or a pair on either side of a sofa. Travertine is a natural stone, and the small pores and soft veins of the surface show along the length of the cylinder. The LED light is built in and gives a warm white glow, and the clean cylinder shape suits Japandi and modern minimalist rooms. It is hardwired to a wall box with no cord or plug, so a licensed electrician connects it.
