Refund policy

At Day Birch, we want you to love what you buy. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’ve made our return and refund process as simple and stress-free as possible. Please read this policy carefully so you know exactly what to expect.

Order Cancellations

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it by emailing us at info@daybirch.com. Please include your order number in your message.

After 24 hours, we cannot guarantee cancellation, as your order may already be in processing. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible. In that case, you’re welcome to return the item after it arrives . See the returns section below for details.

Returns

We accept returns for defective and non-defective products. You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to initiate a return. To qualify, items must be:

  • Unused and in their original condition
  • Returned with all original packaging, tags, and accessories

Our support team will guide you through every step of the process. We do not charge any restocking fees.

Return Shipping Costs

Who covers return shipping depends on the reason for the return:

We cover the cost if:

  • The item you received is incorrect
  • The item arrived damaged in transit
  • The item is defective

You cover the cost if:

  • You ordered the wrong item
  • The item doesn’t fit
  • You’ve simply changed your mind

Please note: original shipping charges are non-refundable in all cases.

How to Return an Item

  1. Email us: Contact us at info@daybirch.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
  2. Pack it up: Securely repack the item in its original packaging, including all accessories, tags, and documentation.
  3. Send it back: Ship it back using the carrier and instructions recommended in your return authorization email.

Refunds

Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect the item to confirm it meets our return criteria. After approval, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exchanges

We’re happy to accept exchanges on unopened items in original packaging or that have never been used. If you’d like a different size, color, or product, contact us at info@daybirch.com and we’ll make it happen as quickly as possible.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned. These products are clearly marked as non-returnable on their individual product pages.

Lost or Undelivered Orders

If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected delivery window, please contact us at info@daybirch.com with your order number. We’ll work with the carrier to investigate. If your package is confirmed lost, we’ll issue a full refund to your  original payment method or send a replacement at no additional cost to you.

Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to update this policy at any time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date. We encourage you to review this policy periodically. Continuing to use our website after any updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
