Molde Stained Glass Book Stack Table Lamp

You want something on your nightstand or side table that adds color to the room in the evening. The Molde stained glass book stack table lamp glows from inside when you turn it on, casting blue, red and amber light onto the wall and table around it. Beside your bed, it looks like a small pile of real books until the light comes on.

Power is simple: it plugs into a standard wall outlet, so there are no batteries for you to charge or replace, and it can sit anywhere the cord reaches. Each lamp is made by hand from stained glass panes, so the pattern of the panes, the shade of each color, and the spines and covers vary a little from one lamp to the next, so no two are exactly alike. As for brightness, it gives a soft, warm, diffused glow rather than task light, so use it beside a reading lamp, not instead of one. It suits a reading corner, a home library shelf or a bedroom, and it makes an easy gift for someone who reads a lot.
