The globe has a raw, topographic texture by design, so the surface catches light rather than sitting perfectly smooth. It mounts on a ceiling or a wall, which makes it easy to repeat the look beside a mirror or above a console. Dimmer compatible with a compatible bulb and switch, it moves from bright enough to read down to a soft pre-sleep level. This ceiling light is hardwired, uses a G9 socket with a 5W incandescent bulb or LED equivalent, is damp rated for bathrooms and covered outdoor areas, and comes in two sizes and two finishes.
