The Faye Pendant Lamp is built to be right rather than loud. A white glass shade with a clean taper hangs from a warm brass fitting that catches the light without competing with it. The proportions are quiet and considered, which is why it settles so easily over a dining table, a kitchen island, or a bedside.
The tapered shade gives the light a focused, directional quality, sending a soft pool downward while the brass canopy and socket ring add a note of material warmth. This hardwired pendant light is dimmer compatible, so you can move from task brightness to an ambient glow with a dimmer switch, sold separately. It works on sloped ceilings up to 30 degrees, uses a standard E26 or E27 bulb up to 40 watts on a 59-inch adjustable wire, and is rated IP20 for indoor use. Hang one on its own or cluster three at different heights.
