The Danoise Pendant Lamp is really two objects in one. Switched off, its smoke-gray glass reads as a dark, mirror-finished sphere that reflects the room around it. Switched on, the same shade warms into a soft, glowing globe as light passes through it, changing the mood of a dining table or hallway from one moment to the next.
Inside the smoke glass sits a white diffuser that spreads the 3000K warm light evenly instead of letting it pin into a single hot spot. The compact, sculptural form hangs from a 19.7-inch rod and works on its own over a nightstand or grouped in threes above a kitchen island or dining table. This hardwired pendant light uses an integrated LED rated for 50,000 hours, and it comes in a black and smoke-gray finish, with a triac-dimming version available alongside the standard fixed-output one.
