The spot in your home that needs a soft light, a dining table, a bookshelf or a patio table, rarely has an outlet beside it. This cordless table lamp runs on a rechargeable battery, so you set it wherever you want light with no cord trailing to the wall. A touch switch dims the warm LED to the brightness you want for dinner, reading or a quiet evening.
The Asta is a slim retro shape in iron and acrylic: a round disc head on a thin stem over a small round base. It stands 13.4 inches (34 cm) tall on a base 3.2 inches (8 cm) across, small enough for a nightstand or a narrow shelf. When it runs low, you recharge it and move it back. The LED is energy efficient and long lasting. Choose rose, gold, black, white or silver; several together line a long table or a row of shelves.
