The switch on the wall sets the tone of a room before a single light comes on, and a handmade panel makes that first impression a considered one. This toggle switch trades the usual glossy plastic rocker for a solid lever and a hand-finished face, so the control by your door reads as part of the room. Each panel is made by hand, which means the surface carries its own quiet character and shifts slightly in tone from piece to piece.
This is a 3-way switch, wired one in and two out, so a pair can control the same light from two spots, handy at the top and bottom of stairs or either end of a hallway. Built from copper with a handmade panel and 6#-32 brass screws, it is rated at 110V and 15A to US standard and carries a UL listing. Choose from one, two, three or four gang layouts, with panels running from 72 x 120mm up to 210 x 120mm on a shared 83.5mm hole distance, in a whole white or retro hammer-black finish. The bottom box is bought separately.
